\n2 Cups | \nEB All Purpose Flour Blend | \n
1 Tsp | \nSalt | \n
2 Tbsp | \nShortening | \n
5-7 Tbsp | \nIced Water | \n
2 Tbsp | \nPsyllium husk | \n

- Mix flour and salt. \n
- Add shortening until fully incorporated. The texture will be crumbly. \n
- Add 5 Tbsp ice water until it sticks together, add more if needed. \n
- Add psyllium husk. Rest for 1-2 hours. (Not necessary, but it does make for a better crust). \n
- Divide dough in half. Roll out one crust, then the other. \n
